Whether you're a seasoned home pro or just love experimenting with new flavors, this is your chance to shine!  All 10 graders through recent high school grads are eligible (15 to 20 years of age). If selected, you will also attend an exclusive Masterclass with Chef Travis Milton of Nicewonder Farm and Vineyards held at EO.

On November 18, teams (selected randomly on the night) will compete, with the help of a culinary expert mentor for a chance to win a day spent shadowing Chef Travis at Hickory Fine Dining. Entry is by application.  Mentors include Chef Travis, Chef Joel Jerkins of JJ’s and Chef Charles Parker of the Martha Washington Inn.
